I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, counsellor and transactional analyst working with clients in Ealing, West London, where I offer 1-to1 psychotherapy and counselling and also personal development coaching. My first career was in organisational psychology – I worked for many years in management consultancy – and I continue to work part time in organisations as a facilitator and leadership team development specialist.
I work with adults on a one-to-one basis, and currently do not offer couples or group psychotherapy. I offer a variety of approaches to achieving personal change and growth, from personal development coaching , short-term solution-focused counselling and in-depth long-term psychotherapy. You may know what it is you want to work on, but equally you may have a more unspecific sense of something being ‘not right’, or a feeling of emptiness. My approach is to explore with each client what has brought them to see me, talk about the different options available to us, and together agree what kind of work is appropriate. I go into more detail about the different types of talking therapies I offer in the Psychotherapy and Counselling pages on this site.
Based in South Ealing in West London, my psychotherapy and counselling practice is easy to reach by public transport from the surrounding areas of Acton, Chiswick, Hammersmith, Kew, Richmond and Hounslow. It is just round the corner from South Ealing tube station on the Piccadilly line (Heathrow) branch, and the 65 bus stop is 2 minutes away. The E3 and E2 buses also run nearby.
My consulting room is not wheelchair accessible.
I also offer consultancy services working within organisations of all varieties to enable teams, leaders and managers to be more effective. I provide a mix of experiential learning and facilitated reflection / discussion, to improve communication and relationships within teams. I also run skills workshops in stress management and resilience building.
This website will give you some idea of who I am and what I can offer. However the only way to find out if you’d like to work with me is to talk in person. If you’d like to arrange a call or meeting do contact me by phone, text or email.
